They cannot share or comment on the acquisition. Here's what we know:
- May 5th 2024 would be the last day of the app's service
- No new users will be able to sign-up and any existing users cannot subscribe
- We will not be sharing any customer data or account information with our acquiror
- They will delete all data on our databases

It combined calendar, light tasks and the vision to be an AI calendar experience. One that here at Tool Finder, we rated very well. It is being shutdown and acquired.
