What does LifeAt do?

LifeAt wants to be the tool you use to focus and enter states of deep work. Cal Newport developed a concept that produces the best focus environments.

LifeAt uses focused, calming visuals, sound, and timer tools to help you stay in this state and focus on your tasks. An optional upgrade allows you to use LifeAt like a daily planner app, similar to tools like Akiflow. This will enable you to manage your tasks better, connect your Google Calendar, and plan your workload.

Many people find that LifeAt is helpful for their ADHD planning as it allows them to create a space that works for them and tailors to their focused needs instead of context switching.
